Vets Now Wrexham

Very helpful and polite. The vet listened to my concerns and advised me on all options to treat my cat. I went away feeling happy that my cat had the best care possible. Reception was also very helpful and explained the cost and helped with insurance forms on my behalf.

Bear was brought suffering from a severe boas attack his sats were 60 and his temp really high really struggling to breathe and going blue,the staff acted swiftly to bring this under control which basically saved bears life,the after care was equally efficient but also done with compasion they spent time with bear giving cuddles etc which bear loves especially when he would have been out of his comfort zone,at every stage they kept us up to date with his progress which put us at ease in such a terrible situation.we can't thank the practice enough for all that they did to help our little boy who now his safely back home and doing really well thanks to the whole team for everything you did !!!

Thank you for your huge amount of help, love and care that you showed our beautiful little 18 year old cat Cariad. She is now THRIVING again thanks to you rehydrating her after her little 'getting lost' ordeal (possibly dementia?) for 48 hours! You are ALL ANGELS walking this earth, disguised as human beings... you really are! I can't THANK YOU enough for getting in touch and telling us that she had been found... WOW!! 5 stars for OOH service. Yes it's expensive, but call out fee explained on the phone prior to visit. Reception staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Esme the vet we saw was calm, efficient and thorough, explained treatment, offered advice and was in my opinion very caring. Would use again if needed.

What can I say. I’m still overwhelmed by the amazing experience I’ve just had with Vets Now Wrexham! From the moment I arrived until I left, Deb and Gloria were the most authentic, caring people and I couldn’t put into words the thanks I have for them. I rang Vets Now helpline where I was able to easily be triaged and spoke to Deb on the phone regarding my male cats odd behaviour. I thought he was constipated, however, Deb was able to suggest (without worrying myself) that it could be a blockage in his urinary tract. I followed her advice and kept an eye on him and after not passing urine for another 2 hours, I was able to be seen quickly and for Mickey to have his procedure and be home in under 2 hours!! Words can’t express the gratitude we as a family have for you! Without Vets Now Wrexham, Deb and Gloria, who knows what could have happened to Mickey Mouse Michael Jackson W! We will be eternally grateful to you and will 100% recommend you to everyone. Thank you so much

Excellent service from the Vet Deb and Gloria the nurse after we needed to take Beau our cockapoo of 3 +years to the out of hours last night at 2am in the morning. He was thoroughly checked over and they both gave us peace of mind that Beau didn't have any visible signs of discomfort. He is alot better today just alittle quite. Thankyou both for your kindness in explaining everything as it really helped.

Used this service when my dog had a stroke late at night. The answering service was fast and efficient and ensured I understood the information they gave me. When we arrived at the surgery, both the receptionist and the vet were professional and empathetic and we were given choices at every stage

We used the out of hours service for our dog, Mila, and I cannot recommend them enough. We received updates as we were in the waiting area, our options for tests and treatments were laid out in a concise manner; blood results were quick and well explained, whilst still being compassionate. The care and love that Mila was shown in her short stay before being transferred was wonderful, and was really appreciated by our family. I've already recommended the emergency out of hours service to some friends with animals, and will continue to do so in Mila's memory

Amazing service for our dog last night in an emergency. The vet and nurse were both very calming and reassuring towards us and our dog. They explained everything each step of the way. We would have no hesitation in going there again.

Fantastic overnight care for our dog, frequent updates by call and texts and good value for money. Our dog was in great hands throughout her stay.
