Vets Now operated on our black labrador over the Easter weekend. We were kept in touch with updates and had a call to say when he would be going to theatre. I asked for a call when the op was done, no matter what time that was. Appreciated the call to put my stressed mind at rest, even at 1.30am! I'm pleased to say our dog is on the mend. Vets Now have been great and communication and advice over the insurance claim process has been really helpful. Would recommend.

Very helpful and polite. The vet listened to my concerns and advised me on all options to treat my cat. I went away feeling happy that my cat had the best care possible. Reception was also very helpful and explained the cost and helped with insurance forms on my behalf.
