Very helpful and polite. The vet listened to my concerns and advised me on all options to treat my cat. I went away feeling happy that my cat had the best care possible. Reception was also very helpful and explained the cost and helped with insurance forms on my behalf.

My elderly cat was taking strong painkillers for injury to base of his tail. He had become unwell and vomited during the evening and seemed agitated. The out of hours service was excellent and booked an appointment 20 mins drive away. The vet examined my cat thoroughly and reassured me that he was ok and that the vomiting was unlikely to be related to the medication. She was very understanding and asked me to ring back if I had any further concerns during the night.
