I can’t thank the vets at the Culverden practise very late at night on the weekend! They saved my bunnies life and were extremely caring and considerate. They answered every question I asked regardless of how silly it was and they just looked after him so well, they even let me bring in his friend when he was out of the oxygen tank. Amazing! The only reason I have given 4 and and not 5 is due to the cost. I understand it’s expensive and represents running out of hours, I just feel there maybe could be brackets from like 6pm until 10pm which is cheaper and isn’t late or early hours and then the later and early hours of the morning should be a slightly higher premium. It may help people feel like they have options or a chance. Also I would highly advise getting some kind of payment plan available, this is already a stressful horrifically scary time so to be hit with £1,000+ costs just makes the whole experience terrifying and extremely hard on the mental health for our pets we love and adore who we just want to keep safe. Again, I cannot fault the staff and how amazing and helpful they were.

The call handler was calm and friendly. Extremely helpful with sending text with address, directions and confirming consultation prices. The vets surgery was clean and there was a reasonable wait to be seen (not hours) Vet was knowledgeable, kind and took time to explain everything to me. The cost is eyewateringly expensive and I believe you can set up a payment plan but this wasn't explicitly said to me or explained. I was unlucky enough to have a scare this close to christmas but ultimately my cat is more important than presents so was a no brainer to me, but for other people the choice could have been between their pet and food on the table!

Thankful that they saw me at short notice, but then when they are charging £350 just for an appointment it’s no surprise. Bit annoyed that they booked the appointment without warning that all treatment couldn’t go ahead as they never asked whether the dog had been fed… Unsuccessful treatment, which I was billed a total of £535, including a £35 admin fee for emailing me a form so I could recoup from my insurance…. Had to visit another vet and pay to have the whole procedure carried out again just 2 days later, although thankfully they were far more competent and we seem to be ok. Hopefully I never have to use them again.

Our cat, Mabel, was very poorly and we had to visit the emergency vets this weekend. The team was incredible, they treated her quickly, were extremely knowledgeable, and kept us updated with clear information and options throughout. Thanks to their wonderful care, Mabel is now home and on the road to recovery. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough!

I would like to say very big thank you for all the team. Our dog was very unwell and all of the VETS take care of her immediately. Yes, the price was a bit higher, but they save my dog. Very big professional. Once again thank you for everything what you've done for Molly to get better quickly.

Had to visit Vets Now in Tunbridge Wells, it was an emergency visit sine it was a Sunday. The staff were very accommodating, professional and Vets Now are subsequently assisting with my insurance claim. Would highly recommend them.

Sadly having given the vets as much detail as possible around our pet’s health, and unfortunately in this situation they have no idea on the animals medical history they were unable to ascertain exactly what our pet was suffering from, sadly we took our beloved pet home and he sadly died the next day, just before he was due being attended to by a vet who attends people’s homes to put animals asleep. Surely if animals are going to be attended to by a vet out of hours things need to change in order for then to have access to the animals notes from there usual vet!

Excellent service from the out of hours vet in Tunbridge Wells on Saturday night for my injured cat. 🐈‍⬛ unfortunately I had a long wait to see the vet but it was better than waiting and worrying until Monday morning

STANDARD CARE AT HUGE EXPENSE The care was as I would expect from any qualified vets. However, £380 something was ridiculous just to be seen and then overpriced drugs on top of that. No one expects the service for free, but this private equity business owned chain of veterinary ‘care’ providers….which is now a monopoly as with the big money based vets, is hugely detrimental to animal welfare and owners of pets on a financial level. No longer are they here to provide a service based on fair business practices and compassion, but rather a cost unregulated group of companies - vets are unregulated as to what they can charge so it’s open season on your wallet - and are subsequently using the emergency angle, and deep love most owners have for their pets to maximise profits. According to my insurance company, this is solely what is driving up the cost pet insurance. How very convenient for all. Great staff, hugely let down by a money grubbing industry using unfortunate and tragic situations to profit from animal lovers.
