I can’t thank the vets at the Culverden practise very late at night on the weekend! They saved my bunnies life and were extremely caring and considerate. They answered every question I asked regardless of how silly it was and they just looked after him so well, they even let me bring in his friend when he was out of the oxygen tank. Amazing! The only reason I have given 4 and and not 5 is due to the cost. I understand it’s expensive and represents running out of hours, I just feel there maybe could be brackets from like 6pm until 10pm which is cheaper and isn’t late or early hours and then the later and early hours of the morning should be a slightly higher premium. It may help people feel like they have options or a chance. Also I would highly advise getting some kind of payment plan available, this is already a stressful horrifically scary time so to be hit with £1,000+ costs just makes the whole experience terrifying and extremely hard on the mental health for our pets we love and adore who we just want to keep safe. Again, I cannot fault the staff and how amazing and helpful they were.

The call handler was calm and friendly. Extremely helpful with sending text with address, directions and confirming consultation prices. The vets surgery was clean and there was a reasonable wait to be seen (not hours) Vet was knowledgeable, kind and took time to explain everything to me. The cost is eyewateringly expensive and I believe you can set up a payment plan but this wasn't explicitly said to me or explained. I was unlucky enough to have a scare this close to christmas but ultimately my cat is more important than presents so was a no brainer to me, but for other people the choice could have been between their pet and food on the table!
