Vets Now, Staines could NOT have done anymore to put my anxiety at ease as I was close to a panic attack after my 22 week old show, Dark Blue Roan, English Cocker Spaniel, Billie Bluebell had suspectedly ingested up to 6 of my OxyCodone capsules, which incidentally are a high strength opiate and as each capsule was 20mg. She could have easily ingested up to 120 mg. (Oxycodone overdoses make your heart rate slow down to eventually it stops!! Heath Ledger, the famous Actor overdosed on it, together with Diazepam and another drug!!! BEWARE!!! ) Nicki, the Receptionist was very professional and extremely efficient but that didn’t stop her from being very empathetic and extremely helpful. Top marks for her enthusiastic approach. In fact this approach made me relax, considering on the way to my friend’s car I fell over quite seriously and at one point I was in so much pain I didn’t think I would be able to drive zBillie to Dtsines. My friend was holding Billie as she needed to keep Billie awake. My friend could not drive as she had already taken her night medication and also she can’t drive in the dark. The whole process at Vets Now was fully explained by Alex, the Veternarian Surgeon along with the fully detailed costs and once I had signed the form I think the procedure had already been done. I was given charcoal to take away to help with the procedure aftermath and we were good to go after she was sick. All in all, Vets Now we’re fabulous!! I could NOT have asked for a BETTER service. I hope I don’t have to deal with the stress of using their services again with my 3 English cocker spaniels A+ VETERINARY CARE!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VETS NOW !!

I can't fault the staff at all. The vets and receptionist staff there were amazing. Really friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. They even sent me an email with a photo of my little one overnight, to keep me from worrying too much. So a massive thank you to them! The only reason I give 3 stars is the price. To me it seems EXTREMELY expensive. It was over £300 just for the consultation alone, before even giving any treatment. I had no choice but to use the out of hours service, but it seems a real rip off to charge people so much in an emergency, when they are at their wits end trying to ensure their beloved pet doesn't die. To put it in context, my vet bill for having my pet castrated, kept in all day and then follow on treatment over the following days (including another stay all day) was less than £600 at my usual vet. A single stay overnight with medication cost me £1.5k with Vets Now. Much as I appreciated the help, I do think the prices need to be reviewed. That being said, my bun is now happy and healthy again, so thank you!

We were reluctant to use these vets due to the reviews on Google. However, we had no choice and the vet we saw was actually brilliant, as were the reception staff. They saw us promptly and billed us fairly as it was post op complications (from another practice). The vet was great with our dog, very thorough, and communicated well throughout.

The vets at Vets Now were amazing. Our rabbit Jerry was unwell over the weekend, the team were professional and caring - they even rang after visits to check to see how she was doing. Thank you to the vets at Vets Now who helped our Jerry get better!

I was seen quickly. The vet was lovely and reassuring. My dog Penny started feeling better once we got some pain meds in her, it was such a relief! Excellent service and fabulous vet!

DO NOT VISIT THIS VET!!! if you can, just go to your regular day vet instead. i was charged £345 for an incomplete checkup; i brought my cat in with concerns of a urinary blockage. they only managed to check her heart rate and temperature which is ridiculous for almost £400. my cat has also never been this upset after a vet visit which makes me think they rile pets up on purpose to milk extra money for sedatives out of owners. the staff were also finding my cat’s reaction quite funny which was frankly disgusting. do not visit this practice and save your money. i can’t believe i was charged to is much for something that would cost £60 MAX at a regular vet. it’s understandable to charge more as it’s an emergency practice but this is just disgusting.

Terrible experience at this emergency vets. My poor dog had a 1 night stay here after being poorly miss diagonsed due to their investigations. This led to one night being in their care recieving the wrong care when she should have been put to sleep with her family. Upon their request the next morning I took my dog to my normal vets with the whole hospital notes and their request for her to be spaded for my vets to find a mass in her liver the size of a grapefruit which was frightfully missed by the vet at the emergency vet even after an ultrasound, blood tests etc. I had to make the decision to let my baby be put to sleep during what I thought would be a routine operation all due to the huge mistake and miss diaognosis made at this emergency vets. I never got to say a proper goodbye and she did not get the proper goodbye she deserved. My normal vets made a complaint to this vets on how unprofessional and scary this miss diagnosis was & I have now opened an investigation into my dogs case with this vets as the bill I had recieved the morning of my dogs passing is utterly ridiculous considering none of the care would have been needed if they had just done their job correctly in the first place. I am now left with unnecessary vet bills at my normal vets for an operation which was never needed and an enormous bill for the overnight stay at this vets which was never needed for my poor baby. I am investigating this massive mistake with this emergency vets, only to find they did not keep any of the ultrasound photos or videos which made them lead to the miss diagnosis and miss the shocking mass tumour, which is against the RCVS code of professional conduct as a clients records should always be kept. During this investigation I have recieved many debt collectors letters in the post from this company during the open investigation, with the company giving me responses around 30 days at the time of any email I have sent. I would NOT recommend this emergency vets to anybody. They do not care for proper care of your animals , they only care about your wallet.

Had to have our cat treated urgently, sadly our cat couldn’t be saved. The staff treated our cat with great professionalism and kindness. We’re grateful for their service

We brought in a feral , homeless cat to check whether she was still producing milk, to make sure she hadn’t left any kittens behind before taking her to the shelter. I have to say that the vet neither had the willingness nor the ability to do this, and we were very disappointed with their attitude.

Visited Vets Now in Staines out of hours,£347 to see the vet,my cat was misdiagnosed, he got anti sickness jab some pain relief, now it turns out he has a cold, total costs £452 for half hour and I paid £200 that night, and agreed to pay the rest the following week,we'll in that week I got emailed, texts, and 2 letters saying if I don't call them it will be passed to a debt collectors! Also if you read the reviews their response isn't personal, from what I can see they have 2 or 3 replies which they just add your name at the beginning. This feels unfair.
