Vets Now, Staines could NOT have done anymore to put my anxiety at ease as I was close to a panic attack after my 22 week old show, Dark Blue Roan, English Cocker Spaniel, Billie Bluebell had suspectedly ingested up to 6 of my OxyCodone capsules, which incidentally are a high strength opiate and as each capsule was 20mg. She could have easily ingested up to 120 mg. (Oxycodone overdoses make your heart rate slow down to eventually it stops!! Heath Ledger, the famous Actor overdosed on it, together with Diazepam and another drug!!! BEWARE!!! ) Nicki, the Receptionist was very professional and extremely efficient but that didn’t stop her from being very empathetic and extremely helpful. Top marks for her enthusiastic approach. In fact this approach made me relax, considering on the way to my friend’s car I fell over quite seriously and at one point I was in so much pain I didn’t think I would be able to drive zBillie to Dtsines. My friend was holding Billie as she needed to keep Billie awake. My friend could not drive as she had already taken her night medication and also she can’t drive in the dark. The whole process at Vets Now was fully explained by Alex, the Veternarian Surgeon along with the fully detailed costs and once I had signed the form I think the procedure had already been done. I was given charcoal to take away to help with the procedure aftermath and we were good to go after she was sick. All in all, Vets Now we’re fabulous!! I could NOT have asked for a BETTER service. I hope I don’t have to deal with the stress of using their services again with my 3 English cocker spaniels A+ VETERINARY CARE!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VETS NOW !!

I had to take my beloved cat to the Emergency Clinic, Vets Now in Staines. What good fortune to have the most extraordinary Vet, Natalie on duty. With 30 years experience, having worked in the Kruger National Park taking care of Wildlife for many years, she was compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, straight talking and clearly a lover of animals. Her advice and treatment of my cat has transformed his life, even after only 5 days on her treatment plan he has come alive and back to what he once was, extending his life expectancy. Natalie is a treasure, an absolute asset to Vets Now and I for one am incredibly grateful to have had the benefit of her professionalism, vast experience and compassion. A heartfelt thankyou. It's important to also mention the staff at Vets Now - each and everyone, from the Receptionist to the Managing Vet, Grace, were marvellous. If I could rate Vets Now in Staines, I would give them 10 Stars.
