I had a great experience with Dr. Carrera and her team. She was very empathetic and caring, took time to explain everything clearly, and truly wanted to help. The whole staff was friendly and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’m really grateful for the excellent care my pet received! Highly recommend this clinic.

I felt comforted once I reached out from the first phone call to the directions sent my text message to my arrival at the surgery. The receptionist was professional with a genuine caring attitude. I was seen by a young vet who agreed that my dog was in pain but did very little in the way of investigating why. A quick check of her tummy, heart rate and a look over her gums (which were pale in colour) and administered pain relief. My dog had experienced a seizure at home for the first time and was seen within the hour mostly due to travel time to the practice. Sadly my dog had to be put to sleep the next morning after seeing her own vet, who carried out an ultrasound to find a tumour/growth on her spleen had ruptured causing her to bleed into the abdomen. I only wish the out of hours service had performed an ultrasound that evening as I hate to think my dog suffered before seeing her own vet the next day

From arrival to the practice carrying in our very sick dog to leaving with walking out to come home, we felt completely cared for & grateful for the knowledgeable vet that acted so swiftly to save our dog’s life. The team on reception showed empathy and guided us with regard to insurance use. The regular phone call updates while our dog was in surgery and recovery was so welcomed. Our questions were always answered thoroughly and we don’t feel the staff could have done anything more. Life saving surgery and next steps have all been explained for us to go into a more controlled future.

I felt that as soon as they found out we didn't have insurance the vets attitude towards us changed. We couldn't afford to let our dog stay in overnight and had to sign a consent form to say we were taking her against his advice. He spoke mostly with his back to us typing on his computer. It felt like he had no compassion whatsoever. We had no idea what was wrong with her. All he said was her temperature was high and it was dangerous...which we totally understood..but he had no advice for us to get her through the night. He just kept saying do you have A/C at home? No we don't....just fans. The receptionist and the vet nurse were lovely. Luckily she made it through the night and we took her to our vets the next morning. Her temperature had gone down .She has antibiotics and antiinflammatories and she seems to be improving. Thank god. So I feel like if you have insurance...you get treated better. It was almost as if we didn't care about our dog. We love her to bits ..she's family. Due to circumstances beyond our control...and the fact she had already cost us £6000 a few years ago...we are struggling a bit at the moment. A bit of compassion goes a long way.

Amazing service my puppy came here after she broke her leg and there service and care she got was amazing. You can tell that the staff here genuinely love animals and that love it 100% passed onto the animals they care for. If only everyone put asmuch care and hard work I to their work as these guys do. Thank you for everything Little Ruby hall is doing amazing

After making the initial call in a state of panic the phone was answered by the most caring receptionist. I was put at ease and given an appointment to attend the vets straight away. Once at the vets all staff I came into contact with made a fuss of my pet as she loves human contact. We see the vet who did a thorough examination and gave me advice and his recommendations of what to do. If my pet didn't improve over the next two days then I was advised to book another appointment at my vets for blood tests and further investigation. I took all this on board and thankfully my pet made a full recovery. I am so greatful for the love and care shown towards my pet and myself.

Absolutely brilliant care, one million percent indebted to them 🫶🏻 I took my older cat, my whole world, who was in a lot of pain on a wknd night and I was in tears, but terrified of not being able to afford expensive emergency care. I called and spoke to the staff & explained financial difficulties & that I didn’t know what to do! But that I couldn’t leave them in pain. They were extremely helpful and supportive of my situation, an Absolutely Brilliant team. They helped me keep calm and keep costs down as much as possible and truly really cared, gave me recommendations for cat’s health in this instance and preventative care going forward. I hope they see this and know how forever grateful for their help, on what could have ended a really terrible night, that someone is.

Vet was amazing and reassured me and treated my dog with so much care and attention. However shame the person who answered my call at 5am Saturday morning couldn’t have been the same !!! Her first words to me were you do know your be charged £350 can’t you wait until your vets open !!!!! Clearly not !!! Otherwise I’d be asleep in bed !!!! Unbelievable I’ve never experienced a vets receptionist with such a poor attitude
