I had to call Vets Now at 1am as my dog Reggie was suffering from post op complications. The nurse met me at the door and immediately made me feel at ease. The Vet on call was amazing, immediately got Reggie out of pain, took his blood and scanned him. He then explained the options that I had and recommended that I go straight to my own Vet as soon as they opened as Reg was not in immediate danger. He phoned them himself before I got there! Reg needed a second operation that day. Thank you for your kind and considerate care.

Directions sent were spot on, got to the door and announced our arrival and were created immediately at the door and taken through to the waiting room. We were informed of how long the wait would be and my pet was weighed. The vet was wonderful and very informative. Everything was explained about the treatment my dog needed and I was informed of how much the costs could be in total as was asked if this was ok. I felt very confident and at ease leaving my fur baby in their capable hands.

In our darkest and most heartbreaking moment, the vet and nursing staff showed extraordinary kindness and compassion. They helped us make the hardest decision late on a Saturday night, when we were in complete shock and panic. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured - everything was handled with such care and sensitivity. Thank you for making Elvis’s final hour as calm and comfortable as possible. We will always be grateful for the understanding, dignity and kindness you showed to all of us during an unbearable time 💔🐾

Took our cat who was very poorly out of hours, they kept him for treatment overnight, fantastic service and all the staff we met were so nice, today we have a very different cat on the mend. Can't thank the staff enough.

Feel like you are massively overcharged for this. I can appreciate it’s out of hours but for people who are suppose to be animal lovers, charging £302 alone just to be seen seems very unreasonable. I wasn’t even satisfied with the check as the vet barely looked her over, for £300 I would expect a thorough check. Then given my dog has epilepsy, and was having seizures, to just be sent away with 2 pills which again was added on top of the £302, left us feeling rather unsatisfied, ending completely moving vets in general after this.

We received fantastic care from Vets Now. Both the vet and the nurse showed care, compassion and knowledge. It is a little pricey but thats to be expected for an emergency appointment in the middle of the night. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed.

Lovely, friendly and supportive team. I have no worries using them for my rabbits as they are knowledgeable. I know they are in safe hands when staying there. They are limited with what they can do for exotic pets but they keep me updated all the time and i know they are in safe hands. Thank you for taking such good care of them when they need you. 😊

Excellent service. Vet was very knowledgeable and kind when helping our dog who’d been stung inside the ear by a wasp. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is that costs are very expensive for out of hours emergency treatment. Edit after feedback from Vets Now. Cost breakdown document gives good understanding of costs and fair reasoning of them 👍

Firstly I couldn’t believe how expensive it was to use the service. Cost me 2 weeks pension for a 30 minute treatment! That said advice and treatment were good and the staff were very friendly and reassuring

I wouldn’t usually leave a poor review because I am grateful we have access to these services for my unwell dog, but the prices charged are disgusting. £495 for our midnight appointment which I understand the heightened out of hours consultation fee, but to charge £22 for a bottle of hydrator which is £10 in Tesco and already earning a profit there is vile!! Also a £1 donation to pet blood bank which I don’t mind paying but wasn’t told about. Even more so when people are anxious stressed and trusting of the people they are asking for help. Everything else was great but to find this out is a total breakdown of trust!
