Attended emergency appointment recently with my mams westie. He was 15 and had a lot of health issues going on. After long chat with Hannah the vet it was decided it was his time to go. The care and attention he received and also telling us what was happening was really outstanding. Best vet I’ve ever met, care and compassionate. RIP sonny 🌈

I had to call Vets Now at 1am as my dog Reggie was suffering from post op complications. The nurse met me at the door and immediately made me feel at ease. The Vet on call was amazing, immediately got Reggie out of pain, took his blood and scanned him. He then explained the options that I had and recommended that I go straight to my own Vet as soon as they opened as Reg was not in immediate danger. He phoned them himself before I got there! Reg needed a second operation that day. Thank you for your kind and considerate care.
