Took my cat in on a Sunday as suspected she had been hit by a car. They gave her an ‘x-ray’ and told me she had broken her leg at the top of the femur, they couldn’t do anything and sent her back with pain killers telling me to take her to my vets the next day. When she was taken to my vets the next day it turned out she had dislocated her leg which they could have put back in and not left her in so much pain and there was an injury to her paw the emergency vet had not noticed or dealt with. Charged £743 for this and not only were they clearly incompetent but they left an animal in unnecessary pain. Will be taking further as clearly have all the facts from my proper vet to support these points.

My dog Finley had to go to Vets now Colchester at the weekend due to being vary poorly my friend had to take him due to me being in a wheelchair and not being able to get transport. The vet phoned me to go though everything and the cost and advice I could do a direct claim so put my mind at rest all the way though his treatment. I hope I don’t have to use them again but I would if I needed to they were outstanding and the staff amazing. So thankful they could get my boy on the road to recovery.
