I was welcomed and helped to move my pet Boxer who was in a great deal of pain. There was a prompt triage and prompt review with the medical staff. I got peace of mind and and some analgesia to help over the next few days.

On Sunday we had an emergency out of the blue with our lovely cat Tabitha. We got her to the out of hours vet and they were so good. Tabitha experienced saddle thrombosis. We know that now but didn’t when it happened. It literally came on within minutes. From nowhere The vet we saw was so kind and gentle with Tabitha and did check out the options and he was very good with us. We were given time to spend with her and not rushed and we felt he did his very best in making her last moments comfortable.

The vet and reception staff were very reassuring and saved my cats life. This isn't in their control but how are out of hours vets fees so expensive??? £400 for 15min of their time and 4 injections of fluids. Shocking.

I’m pretty sure that Peter & co saved Roxy’s life - and I cannot thank him and the staff more for that. At almost 17 years old, this hip dislocation was never going to be easy but as you can see, she’s up, weight-bearing and walking outside on her own for toilet time. After every sleep (and there are many at her age) we are seeing an improvement. Check up at Chipping Norton Vets tomorrow afternoon and I’ll report back. Not out of the woods yet but so far the hip is staying in place and apart from a little confusion when her leg occasionally gives way she’s making a remarkable recovery. Thank you once again. Gareth & Roxy.

My dog was attacked by another dog and the wound wasn’t picked up by our own vet initially. We found blood on our poor dog a few hours later and we went to vet’s now. We were seen immediately and Tilly was treated very swiftly indeed and also the price for this was reduced because I can only imagine the injury was missed the first time and my little girl had gone through such a traumatic experience. Very happy with the vet and the whole service

Was seen within the hour by the Vet & the experience was fantastic. Our dog was triaged quickly & the lady on reception was very attentive to my pet. Highly recommend.

I want to make clear that the vet I saw and the reception staff were both lovely. I got my dog taken care of and I was able to have my dog sorted out immediately. My review is one star because the cost of the treatment is simply extortionate and I am unable to see how it’s justified. The consultation was more of a hand over The dog ate a sock she needed to throw up. It was well inside the 2hr window as I brought her to the clinic immediately. The consultation fee of £330 when no real consultation was required is absurd. The total bill at £500+ is disproportionate to the “consultation” and the injection she was given. We were in and out in 40mins I don’t know anyone who earns at a rate anywhere near that and I wonder how that is affordable for anyone normal let alone anyone on low income or with challenging financial circumstances. I enquired out of curiosity what happens if someone brings a dog in who requires intervention and they can’t afford to pay. The options given to me were to shop around or to euthanise the dog. I understand nothing is free and I expect to pay for my dogs healthcare but the issue here is the totally disproportionate nature of the cost for this very simple treatment that was complete in 40mins. This feels like a corporate machine wrapped us as your friendly local vets The vet and the receptionist were both polite helpful and I have no qualms with them but beware if you are unfortunate enough to need to take your pet to Vets Now prepare your own heart surgeon for treatment when you get the bill. This felt like a total manipulation of a situation where I have little option but to have my dog treated and given the desperation of that situation you are trapped in a go/no go transaction where the option to not go ahead ends with your animal suffering or having to be euthanised. Thank you to the vet and receptionist for your help as I said at the time I know this is not if your doing.

We were seen very quickly which was wonderful as I have a very nervous dog. The reception area was clean, receptionist very friendly and check in was straight forward. The vet we saw was wonderful, explained diagnosis and was lovely and calm with my dog.

We took our cat (Bertie) down for an emergency appointment and the sad decision to put him to sleep. The Vet and her team were absolutely fantastic with Bertie. Treated him so well and respectfully whilst also ensuring we had all the information and time we needed to say our goodbyes and make the necessary decisions without any pressure. Thank you so much for making this difficult time that much easier.

Great service the other night by the out of hour vets, my cat was very sick and was treated quickly by the lovely vet. It was an expensive trip and I appreciate you an out of hours fee. £336 for out of hours which I was happy to pay, my only grudge is being charged an extra fee on top of normal price for medication, I think this is a little much on top of the general fee. My bill was £903! It's alot of money to find when you don't want to risk your pets health by waiting to go normal vets. Can't fault the service provided, just expensive
