The team was great, really friendly and really took care of my dog. Made me feel at ease would recommend them. Plus they were not all about money like most vets, because this was an emergency appointment it cost me 300 pounds and the vet recommended that I get the blood tests for my dog done at his own vets which would be cheaper. It showed they cared about my pup. The vet gave my pup a good going over to check he was doing ok. Could not be happier with the service. 2nd visit on the on the 16/02/2025. Excellent service the vet really took care of my dog he had been violently sick for 10 hours and would not sleep or eat. The Dr gave him an anti sickness jab and after that he settled down to sleep. The next morning he was back to normal eating and doing his zoomies. I can not thank the vet enough and other staff members. The only con I would say is the don't accept cash. My first appointment I could pay cash but it has to be card now.

Brilliant care of my cat. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue is the bill. Obviously receiving out of hours care is expensive and necessary however they ask for a substantial amount of money or the full amount at the time of treatment even though we are fully insured and gave proof of insurance. Not the staffs fault but maybe the business should change their policy.

Warm, friendly, welcoming, excellent service and knowledge. Only drawback is the pricing. I'm lucky enough to just about be able to manage the fees, but I realise there are many who would not...... Where does this leave their animals? This level of fees surely means many animals will have to suffer until their own vet reopens. This leaves a nasty taste in the mouth.

Had a few bad experiences with them. Our dog was in with her few hour old pups we went to visit them, the staff were sitting on their phones while one of her pups was stuck at her back next to the railings of the cage. The next few experiences showed they are more interested in money than the pet. Their prices are ridiculous also and unless really required your pet is probably better off at home being looked after by yourself. Very poor.

Thank you for looking after this wee stray when he was handed into you end April with a raging ear infection. He's much better and I have adopted him from Edinburgh Cat Protection League!

Our dog had to have an operation to remove some plastic from his stomach. The treatment he received was first class we were kept in formed about everything that was happening. Our dog couldn’t have been in better hands. Fantastic staff.

We attended with our dog after she had been poisoned by something she picked up on our walk during the day. The staff very quickly made an accurate diagnosis and reassured us she would likely make a full recovery. The vet took time to properly examine her and discuss her symptoms before giving us treatment options. All through the visit they were calming and reassuring. She has now made a full recovery. Yes, it was expensive but having access to knowledge, skill, treatment and kindness in the middle of a scary night is worth it.

Took bear to the emergency vet on the 02/01/2023 from the phone call to arriving at the vets and to meeting the vet we were made to feel at ease. Everyone was superb. The vet we met was very professional and wrote all bears symptoms down which impressed us. He received a full examination and bloods were taken. Thankfully it wasn't too serious we can't thank the vet enough she was very professional and was very gentle with bear she showed compassion throughout the consoltation. We would highly recommend this practice and we are 💯 customer satisfaction. We would not hesitate to go back there as it was outstanding service.

Fabulous team of caring veterinary staff from receptionist to nurses to vet. My injured cat is recovering really well thanks to their fast acting medical care and they also looked after me a very distressed owner with kindness and sensitivity. Thank you ❤️

The service provided was excellent. However it comes at a very high financial cost. There are/ will be thousands of people who simply cannot afford to pay a " basic" out of hours charge in excess of £300 AND pay for any medication needed on top. If you do not have pet insurance and/ or much money, then dogs will suffer because of it. That all said I refer all to read the 1st sentence again.
