The team was great, really friendly and really took care of my dog. Made me feel at ease would recommend them. Plus they were not all about money like most vets, because this was an emergency appointment it cost me 300 pounds and the vet recommended that I get the blood tests for my dog done at his own vets which would be cheaper. It showed they cared about my pup. The vet gave my pup a good going over to check he was doing ok. Could not be happier with the service. 2nd visit on the on the 16/02/2025. Excellent service the vet really took care of my dog he had been violently sick for 10 hours and would not sleep or eat. The Dr gave him an anti sickness jab and after that he settled down to sleep. The next morning he was back to normal eating and doing his zoomies. I can not thank the vet enough and other staff members. The only con I would say is the don't accept cash. My first appointment I could pay cash but it has to be card now.

Brilliant care of my cat. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue is the bill. Obviously receiving out of hours care is expensive and necessary however they ask for a substantial amount of money or the full amount at the time of treatment even though we are fully insured and gave proof of insurance. Not the staffs fault but maybe the business should change their policy.
