Gorgeous Beau was admitted to our Vets Now Newport clinic after experiencing Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV), a life-threatening condition where the stomach fills with gas and twists, cutting off blood supply.
He required emergency GDV surgery and a splenectomy, where they removed his spleen due to compromised circulation.
Thanks to our amazing clinical team, Beau made a wonderful recovery and is now back home with his loving family ❤️🐾
