Shame the NHS don't act this quick. So so happy to have our Beagle back to normal after seeing the vets, at the out of hours place in near Cheltenham race course. Thank you .

Vets Now Cheltenham took great care of our cat when she unexpectedly went into acute heart failure over a weekend. They acted quickly and gave her oxygen straight away while we waited for the vet to be available. The vet, despite being the only one on shift, took the time to take a full history and explain the situation to me clearly. The out of hours fee is undeniably ridiculous (the reason I gave 4 stars not 5), but when our furry family members are in trouble it doesn’t matter. What matters is top class care and the team in Cheltenham certainly provide that.

The telephone service on the first call was fantastic in a very traumatic situation. The second call I received where told us where we would be going I specifically asked the cost and was told £135 when receiving little treatment other than a heart and temperature check and adviced to see own vets for bloods with a bill of £338 just for a 10 minute appointment absolutely disgusting

We have been absolutely blown away by the care we have received in the middle of the night. Our dog had puppies, her first litter and our first litter, we knew very little and have been guided with kindness, understanding and incredible knowledge. Thank you

They handled my stressed out phonecall really calmly and nicely! I was really grateful. The wait was very long however when we saw the vet it was great. I also commend the receptionist who is lovely and helpful.

Unfortunately, we ended up here on a Saturday afternoon, which was very busy. An emergency ended up coming in and taking a priority, which was totally appropriated and needed as the poor dog needed surgery. We had no issue with this. We waited for nearly 4 hours to be seen by a vet to feel very dismissed and basically told here are pain killers and call your vets on Monday! Our dog was crying in pain and could not walk, not even for the toilet. We felt like whatever we said was dismissed and we felt ripped off. We feel we were rushed though due to the amount of people who had then came in the amount of time we were waiting. We had no answers and just a horrible wait for our vets to open on Monday whilst our dog lay in pain and unable to walk. Pretty horrible and stressful experience.

Lovely staff, and great care. Please be aware if your vet sends you there for overnight care you will have to pay a large deposit - Thank you for looking after Stampy

Had to rush our dog into the vets in the early hours of the morning. The support, feedback and advice provided was fantastic. A brilliant service by a very caring considerate team.

We were seen virtually straight away ,the lady vet was very gentle with our dog and listened to us about his symptoms and now after a couple of days treatment at home our little dog is on the mend . Thank God there was a vet open on a Sunday and a big thanks all at surgery that helped

Double charged for blood tests. Wrongly charged for insurance admin fee. Both have been refunded but best to check your invoice so ensure it's correct.
