We can not thank the team here enough, took our poorly pup Oi in as an emergency and received the best care. And what an amazing lady Nicola on reception is, the way she is with everyone that came in was so kind and caring and Mark explained all our options and recommendations. We can’t thank you enough.

During Covid my cat was taken in very unwell and we were told she needed an operation. We were told that when they opened her up they could see that it wouldn’t help as her heart was enlarged and so she was out to sleep. We were still charged for the operation £1400 bill in total. Her body was sent for cremation after about 10 days as I was told she was ‘lost’. We eventually got her back. Fast forward to Sunday 26th Oct 2025. My 12 year old cat was taken in, she had had a stroke and was put to sleep. My vets kindly offered to put in my insurance claim. 3 days later Vets now emailed and text to ask to pay the bill. I contacted them explaining my vets were doing it and they told me that that’s not allowed and if they did it I’d have to pay £35. My vets did put in the claim free of charge. Vets now are now saying I’ll need to pay £425 to collect my girls ashes just incase my insurance don’t pay up? Overall if I have any other option in the future I’d definitely try another out of hours vets.
