Outstanding emergency care and compassion when we needed it most! We had to rush our dog, Amara, to Vets Now at Earlswood Clinic on Belmont Road on Sunday 21 December after she ate fudge containing cranberries and sultanas, which are highly toxic to dogs. It was a frightening situation for us, but from the moment we arrived, the team were calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. The vets and nurses took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what the next steps would be, keeping us fully updated throughout. Their clear communication and genuine compassion helped put us at ease during what was a very stressful time. It was obvious that Amara was not just being treated medically, but was being cared for with real kindness and attention. We were so grateful for how thoughtfully Amara was looked after while she was there, and for the way the team handled all of the pet insurance paperwork for us, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Every member of staff we dealt with was professional, approachable, and supportive. We cannot thank Vets Now at Earlswood Clinic, Belmont Road enough for the care they gave Amara. Knowing she was in such safe hands meant everything to us. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing out-of-hours emergency veterinary care.

Vets Now were so helpful! Couldn’t rate them any higher. We had an emergency with our youngest dog who needed his eye removed, they provided several options for what courses of treatment we could take for our boy - all while being professional and honest about our situation and odds. We really did feel comforted and supported in whatever decision we chose as a family. They made our boy comfortable for the night and they communicated with our own local vets about our dog’s situation which made the following morning for his surgery as smooth as possible. My family and I are so grateful for the services they provided. It was all quite scary as his odds weren’t great. Our boy had his surgery the following morning and done fantastic. Thank you Vets Now!

My dog had an issue on the 28/12 Sunday, they were open and took my dog straight in with only a few minutes wait. Very quick and to the point diagnosis and treatment. Really brilliant and very friendly. My wee doggy is all happy as well

Emergency visit on Christmas day. Staff were really good with my two year old dog as she had gotten into a box of chocolates. I'm very thankful for her treatment and she is now fully recovered. The only reason I'm given 3 stars is due to the cost. £302 initial fee to be seen and a total of £415 for an injection to make her sick. I know it's an emergency service but prices are extortionate.

All the staff were so helpful when our dog was having seizures and she got such good care when she was there. Thankfully she is now home and recovering due to the help of the vets who took care of her. The staff here made a really difficult situation a little bit easier as we knew our dog was in the best place to help her get better.

Quite a long wait, which is perhaps understandable, as we attended on Boxing Day, in an emergency. However vet was very attentive, asking us a lot of questions to inform her diagnosis. She was very clear in her explanation, and polite and friendly throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Initial contact with the vet was positive & I was advised to bring my dog to the premises for evaluation. Following a 45 minute car journey, my dog was triaged upon arrival whereupon I was informed that my dog would be seen by a vet within 20-30 minutes. After waiting over an hour (with no interaction from the receptionists) my dog was examined by a vet (who was very nice, by the way) I have no complaints regarding the above as I appreciate the premises were busy, however to charge in excess of £300 for the appointment is an absolute disgrace. No wonder the country is up in arms regarding veterinary fees. My sister-in-law had a similar experience recently which cost her £75 albeit with a different vet. I would love someone to explain the difference to the service she received (which included a prescription) & my own (which did not)

We were seen very promptly at a most upsetting time. However we were disappointed that we were given the impression our wee dog was on her way out, and home euthanasia was even mentioned to us. We left the surgery with little hope our dog would survive. Much to our surprise 12hrs later she was up and about, eating drinking and wagging her tail. Her sight and hearing having returned. Delighted as we are,I feel we could have been given a better idea of what her chances were in the circumstances.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved boy and the vet and receptionist were both so lovely. The whole process was calm and gentle, and we really appreciated how kind and caring everyone was. The only thing we’d suggest, not just for this practice but for vets in general, would be to have a quiet room where you can spend a bit of time with your pet afterwards. We felt quite rushed once it was over, which made it even harder. We completely understand it’s because the waiting room was busy and the vets needed to see other patients, but having a space to properly say goodbye would mean a lot.

Well I needed help with my wee puppy as my own vet was closed! The staff were lovely and very friendly!! Now I didn’t go any further with anything todo with my puppy as the price to get him sorted was unbelievable over the top! But other than that 💯
