Staff are 110% amazing and polite. We've had our cats here; one got shot, and she got helped straight away! And she's still with us 15 years later. And we've taken our other cat here today who has breathing problems, and they are sorting him out straight away, too. I cannot thank these people enough!! 🥰😍

The vets were wonderful with my dog Barney when he got rushed in after hours. A very special mention to Ruby on reception who was an absolute star, and the vet who saw him (I did not catch her name) was simply wonderful with him. Thank you very much to all the team!

Amy the vet was lovely with our puppy (and us). He was quite relaxed with her. Amy’s examination of him was thorough and reassuring. Her advice was very clear. She didn’t push expensive out of hours testing and our puppy seems to have made a good recovery. Thank you Amy

I give a one star as the vet I saw was really nice and helpful but that was the only good thing about the serive I recieved. The pricing was crazy over 300 just for the consultation. I had to wait over 2 hours at the clinic for my pet to be seen, I paid there and then after the consultation and was expecting the clinic to pass the details over to my normal vet so the next day Monday morning so I could contact them and get the extra meds she needed to treat the pyometra infection but that wasn't done so I had to ring up and chase that up and actually get them to do before i could take my dog to her normal vet and recieve the extra antibotics she urgently needed as only a single shot was able to be given to her and no meds could be provided after by them at the time. Then I was harassed by text and email daily for an outstanding balance which I had already paid on the day which ment I needed to contact them again to get them to update their records and leave me alone. While going through a extremely upsetting and stressful situation with my pet now vet has made the process even more stressful due to poor management of records at every stage since the initial consultation. I would not recommend them to any one after the service i recieved and that's not due to the vets themself as the one I saw was very kind and helpful but everything else has been ridiculous from that point on. Firstly Pyometra is a serious and life threatening illness and not passing on the correct info to my pets normal vet could have delayed treatment and had a serious health impact on my pet, secondly the pricing just shows how little the company are there for the welfare of the animals and all about the revenue they bring in instead. Harrassing owners for payment even tho they have already paid just further solidifies the money hungry attuide this bussiness has and little compassion they have for individuals who going through upsetting and stressful times with their pets. If I had not had paid there and then yes I would expect an invoice, but to email and text daily regarding outstanding bills isn't being informative it's outright harrassment of the clients and unnecessary demonstrating a strong lack of compassion and greed. This company charges twice as much as any other out of hours services I have ever used in the past and they seem to us the excuse that the pricing is due to the extra costs of out of hour practices which isn't the case or others would be charging the same. This bussiness is about profit and not the critical care of animals. Bussiness like this should not allowed to be ran and I will now be contacting our local MP regarding the lack of support for low income family's as no one covers the area and the use of the bussiness like this one which is unfair on both the local community and the humain treatment of animals in the area

The staff were so good. Explained everything clearly and outlined our options all the way through. We couldn’t fault the care. BUT to pay £25 for 1 paracetamol is just not on.

They took very good care of my dog after it ate a whole mango and needed to be sick to remove it, which causes him to have seizures, he then went 2 days later to have a endoscopy after eatting something else, again very caring and well looked after, letting me know what was happening.

We were greeted by the receptionist and then the vet. The vet took to a comfortable room to explain the care and any procedures they may have to do to our cat. The cat was well looked after and was told he had a comfortable night and all they could do was explained to us. I would recommend this vets to people and how clean the practice was and very caring staff.

The receptionist at the desk were laughing and talking about how they were flying off on holiday after they finished. I waited around 15-20 minutes to see the vet after booking an emergency service which was at basic £324 just to be told she had Cystitis caused by stress! She died 3 weeks later! Don’t use!

I had a fantastic experience with the team. The vet was very thorough, very honest and kept me updated throughout my dog’s inpatient stay. The lady on reception showed such kindness and consideration (I was very scared and nervous for my dog who had a suspected blockage), she has really made me feel much better and I really appreciated that a lot. There was a lot of humane and kind interaction.

Honestly, phenomenal service. We don't even own a cat, we were cat sitting when all this was needed. Staff kept us updated about the little cats progress at multiple times of the day. They were able to diagnose him immediately and got him into surgery a few minutes later. Saved his life and we are incredibly grateful to all of them. Would highly recommend.
