From check in to check out, I found that everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with were very professional! Everyone makes you feel like your pet is in great hands. The team of doctors are thorough and informative. The doctor I've worked with the most, Dr. Kara, has a bedside manner second to none. This practice makes you feel like family and I'd highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Veterinary Park Potomac!

Dr. Katie and vet assistant Stephen were an amazing team who listened to me patiently and were so incredibly thoughtful and kind to my dog. I was amazed with Dr. Katie's compassionate grasp of my dog's complicated medical history and in awe of her recommendations going forward that were so pet and owner friendly. The entire staff was so kind and helpful throughout the appointment making process through to visit follow-up. I feel so lucky to have found this practice to care for my dog.

We brought our foster pup here who has some stress around vet visits, and everyone was amazing at making this the best experience possible for him. They helped us make a plan for the visit, made sure the waiting room was cleared, and even offered for him to come back for a “happy visit” to get some love and treats. We saw Dr. Katie and Dr. Monica during different visits; they and all the staff were fantastic, knowledgeable, and went nice and slow.

The entire staff are the most caring I have ever experienced in my time as a pet parent. They are constantly staying after hours to discuss results or squeezing in last minute appointments for more urgent matters. I know my pets are always in good hands when I come here. Highly highly recommend to anybody in the area looking for a kind, caring, and thorough vet.

Had the best visit with Dr. Katie today for the first time! She and the staff were very friendly and this was truly such a positively unique vet experience. Dr. Katie is extremely calming, knowledgeable, and thorough! I also really appreciate how a staff member took notes during the visit for me to refer back on. It is clear the staff is passionate about their job and my only regret is not coming to them sooner!

Excellent service from the moment you enter the door and throughout the appointment. I am so impressed by Dr Katie’s care and clinical skills. Her staff are all amazing and so considerate- esp Roxy! As a veterinarian myself, I will not do surgery on my own golden retriever and choose to bring to Katie’s practice. Best decision I’ve made since moving to NOVA. I am confident there is not a better veterinary team in the area and will continue to bring my soul dog to VPP for all her needs!

Amazing from start to finish! The team at VPP is a well oiled machine. Our dog, Carl, had a dental and the care was amazing. We got text updates and calls the whole time he was in their care and now his breath is fresher than ever! Would recommend to everyone - VPP is the place to go!

My Cat Sophie and I had a great experience again. We moved away 3 years ago, but come back for the love, attention and prompt service. 2 hours of Cat concert are a lot to endure, but it's so worth it. Lovely staff and Doctor Katie is always the best!

I’m so grateful to have them as an integral part of Pablo’s health and my peace of mind.

Recently we needed to have our cat of 16 1/2 years put to sleep. Dr. Kara and Stephen were compassionate and caring and explained all the options available. We were given a lot of time to say goodbye and our Oreo went to sleep pain free and peacefully. Dr. Kara made sure they we were okay as well. The doctors and staff at Park Potomac Vet are wonderful.
