This company knows what “clean“ means! Professional, polite, and hard-working. When I needed help at the last minute, they came through and did a great job. Highly recommend. Will use them again.

absolutely do not recommend this business. They are very unprofessional. I sent all my information through the app, including my address, the city I live in, and my phone number. They told me a date and time to clean my windows, which was 3 pm. They kept asking me questions, the answers to which were already in the information I sent them. They changed the time and told me they would arrive later. I told them they had said 3 pm, so what time should I expect them? I asked, and they just replied that I was rude and canceled. I was never rude; they were the ones who were very rude to me. They were upset that I pointed out their lack of professionalism, communication skills, and customer service. I asked at my job for extra time just to clean my windows, and I lost money waiting for this unprofessional business. In the end, they didn't show up and canceled at exactly 3 pm, the time they were supposed to arrive. Very disappointed. 😡
