Shawn did a great job fixing our AC unit! My husband and I just moved here to Arizona and we live full time in our camper. When we tried to use the AC it would flip a breaker and stop working so the pets and us were roasting in the camper. Shawn got back to me super quick and was able to diagnose the issue and fix our AC in a timely manner! We are new to camper life and didn’t know you had to clean the AC unit every 9 months to a year, so it was packed full of dog hair and dirt. All in all it was great working with him and our AC is up and blowing the coldest air it has since we bought it! Thank you!!!

The AC went out in my travel trailer. In Arizona that’s not a good thing. He came over within a couple of hours was able to diagnose the problem and ordered parts before he left. He also was upfront about service that should’ve been done which added to the original issue. As soon as the parts came, he came right over and installed them. I had originally called a different RV tech who told me he’d be here within the hour never showed, but then called me and said he try to fit me in the following day. Not good enough. Veteran RV repair came and did the job. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. I am going to have him do some other upkeep to my travel trailer.

Shawn was prompt, on time and very professional. Our RV a/c was not working well and kept blowing cold air without turning off. Shawn knew what the problem was right away and fixed it. We were in the area from Michigan, for a short visit, when a storm blew through and took out our RV awning. Shawn worked us into his schedule on short notice, got the awning off and packed away for us to travel home. He was kind, courteous and went out of his way to help! We highly recommend Shawn!
