I called Shawn because of his great reviews and I can see it was the right move. I'm very pleased with the service and generosity with his knowledge.
He was able to troubleshoot and fix a broken slide out on a Coachmen Concord. The kitchen side is known to have issues basically because one side is a rail and the other side is the belt/gear driven. I don't know if I'm saying that correctly, but one side is motorized, the other a rail.
It's fixed and strong now though!
If you ever have any slide out issues on your RV Shawn is the man to call. For all kinds of other mechanical and or functional issues too. Highly recommend 🤙

Shawn did a great job fixing our AC unit! My husband and I just moved here to Arizona and we live full time in our camper. When we tried to use the AC it would flip a breaker and stop working so the pets and us were roasting in the camper. Shawn got back to me super quick and was able to diagnose the issue and fix our AC in a timely manner! We are new to camper life and didn’t know you had to clean the AC unit every 9 months to a year, so it was packed full of dog hair and dirt. All in all it was great working with him and our AC is up and blowing the coldest air it has since we bought it! Thank you!!!
