With panic quickly setting in, we were soon on scene to assess the situation at this semi-detached bungalow in the Ossett area of Wakefield.
On inspection, juvenile rat droppings were found throughout the kitchen area, especially within the cupboards & boiler cupboard.
We strongly believe the rat had gained entry via a downpipe located to the front of the property.
