A concerned call out to the Rothwell area of Leeds where our client has found a 7inch ingress hole appearing from underneath the artificial grass.
Our trained technicians did a full in-depth survey of the rear garden & found that there was 2 pipes which are supposed to drain excess water away under the artificial grass then in to the main drainage system, unfortunately poor landscaping & drainage work from cowboys has led to our clients rear garden being infested with rats.
As you can see from the images attached we’ve lifted the inspection cover & located a rat nest with 6 babies on part of the plastic benching which is also filled with concrete & part of the artificial grass as nesting materials.
We’ve now arranged for the pipe work to be taken up, the drainage inspection chamber to be amended & a riddance program to reduce numbers of rats which are nesting in burrows under the artificial grass.
