Today one of our technicians assisted a landlord at one of there domesticated properties in the Castleford area, where a rat had gnawing through a water pipe causing a major water leak.

An Initial in-depth survey was carried out internal & also external of the property checking for ingress holes & also damages that the rat/s had caused.

Multiple water pipes & joints were found to of been gnawed by the rat/s. Our technician soon realised that the rat had travelled from the neighbouring property.

🔹We’ve now set up a 3 part riddance program to reduce the number of rats travelling through from the neighbouring property, where

🔹An emergency plummer called to fix the damaged water pipes & joints (done)

🔹Multiple traps have been set under the floor boards & in the loft space to humanly trap the rat/s travelling
