This evening we surveyed a domestic property in the Roundhay area of Leeds after reports of squirrel activity in the loft.
Multiple squirrels had set up nests causing extensive damage, wooden joists & beams have been heavily gnawed, electrical wiring chewed through. Not only does this create costly structural issues, but it also poses a serious fire risk.
ℹ️A trapping program is now in place to eliminate the nesting squirrels, and proofing works have been carried out to help prevent future entry.
