This afternoon, we carried out a detailed rat survey at a domestic property in the Pudsey area of Leeds following reports of multiple rats gaining access to the home.
During our inspection, we confirmed active feeding on dry dog food biscuits & potatoes within the property. Multiple ingress points were identified, including damaged air vents and an additional access point within an external shed attached to the house.
Following the survey, we identified several further vulnerabilities around the property and have now implemented a full riddance programme, along with tailored recommendations to prevent further access.
Early detection and proper proofing are key to stopping repeat infestations.
