A local estate agents we tend too noticed multiple rat droppings on an end of tenancy deep clean along with gnawed items behide the fridge they contacted our company who was able to attend site within the hour to assess how bad the situation was.
On our in-depth survey we noticed heavy amounts of smear marks in multiple kitchen units where the rats have been coming and going over the backs of them.
A further inspection of the man hole (drain) located in the rear of the garden, our technician noticed a lot of rat droppings which indicates that there is a heavy present of rats potentially traveling in to the property via the drains.
🔹We’ve now passed back our findings to the meeting agency on our findings & what actions should be taken going forward
🔹An in-depth drain camera survey will need to be conducted to eliminate the drains as a potential entry point
