After our client kept hearing scrambling in there suspended ceiling at their commercial property an in-depth survey found multiple rat paw prints & juvenile droppings.
We estimate that these rats have been heard for numerous weeks, travelling through the suspended ceiling from the adjoining buildings.
🔹A 3 part trapping program has now been set up with multiple traps placed in the celling void & also in the crawl space of the building
🔹We’ve advised on monthly routine visit going forward to maintain a rodent free site.
