We attended a call-out to investigate reports of a rat being heard within the loft space of the property.
As no food sources inside the property had been disturbed, our inspection focused on external access points. The drainage system and manholes were thoroughly checked, where we identified an ingress point above a redundant pipe.
Evidence confirmed that rats had been tunnelling from the drain and travelling beneath the propertyโs foundations.
This ingress point has now been professionally sealed to prevent further access, and a comprehensive riddance program has been initiated to eradicate any remaining rodent activity.
