A site survey conducted at a ๏ฟผdomestic properties rear garden over in the Woodlesford area of Leeds. where sightings of a rat had been seen multiple times going in an out of the bushes.
Our findings was that the rat had been using the bushes as cover & the nesting site was in between a small garden wall & the neighbouring properties garage.
We also noticed that the rat had unfortunately ignored the bottom of the old toilet outer house door where we found over 30/40 rat droppings.
๐น Advised to put in place recommendations for proofing measures and also a three weeks ridden program to eliminate the nesting rat
