We were called out after our client noticed signs of rodent activity around the toilet area.

๐ง Rats had gnawed through the back of the flexible toilet waste pipe, giving them a direct entry point into the property.
๐ฉ We found rat droppings right beside the toilet, confirming activity inside the home
๐ณ๏ธ Inside the drainage system (manhole), we discovered a redundant, uncapped pipe, which showed signs of nesting & heavy droppings โ a perfect hidden harbourage site
๐ฆ In the kitchen, smear marks were visible on the kickboards, clear signs that rats had been actively moving around inside
๐ Most shocking of all โ we witnessed a rat run quickly back down through the flexible pipe it had used to enter
