A full site survey was carried out at a domestic property in the Farsley area of Leeds following reports of ongoing rat activity.
Upon inspection, it was clear this was a severe infestation. The rats had been feeding from a large waste tip in a neighbouring garden and had tunnelled beneath the foundations into our clientโs cellar โ using the clay as ideal nesting material.
Weโve now implemented a three-to-four-part riddance programme to bring the infestation under control and identify all active ingress points being used by the rats. This will be carefully monitored over the coming weeks to ensure full eradication.
โ ๏ธ Due to the scale and external source of the issue, this infestation has also been reported to Leeds City Councilโs Environmental Health and Enforcement Team for further investigation.
