Another site survey carried out today in Middleton, Leeds, where we identified rat activity entering from a neighbouring garden and gaining access into our clientโs property.
The entry point was located at the side of the extension, where the builders had unfortunately used expanding foam instead of properly sealing the concrete allowing rodents easy access.
Rats were travelling from the neighbouring land, entering through this weak point and making their way inside the property.
