A full site survey conducted at a domestic property in the Headingley area of Leeds this morning due to our client hearing strange noises in the cavity walls & also in the loft space.
We soon identified a collapsed gully (drain) were the rats had been using for many years, unfortunately our client had spent a small fortune on other pest control companies where they failed to establish an entry point.
๐นWeโve now put a plan together to reinstate all the gullies & drains to stop the rats entering the property
๐นSet up at tailed 3 weeks trapping program to reduce the rats gaining entry & moving freely whilst the drains get fixed
