One of our technicians attended a domestic property over in the Achworth area of Pontefract to establish how the rat/s had been gaining entry over a long period of time (years).
Our findings were a collapsed draining system with multiple open within the pipes, this enabled the rats to climb out of the drainage then in to the down pipes that lead to the guttering & also under the foundations.
We’ve now set up a riddance program to reduce the rats until the drainage works are complete.
This rodent problem has been going one of multiple years.
