Last night we were called to a property in Huntsville after a rat gnawed through the flexible dishwasher pipe, causing a major flood throughout the kitchen. ๐๐ฆ
On inspection, we traced the ratโs route coming down behind the plasterboard from an adjoining property.
Our client initially thought this was a mouse, hence the mouse traps within the images attached weโve successfully caught a rat on camera and also replace a mouse traps for rat ones.
Weโve now put in place a three-part riddance programme, using humane trapping methods, to deal with the culprit and stop further costly damage for our client.
๐ Rats donโt just spread disease โ they can also cause serious property damage by chewing pipes, cables, and even structural materials.
