Today, we carried out a full, detailed survey and quickly established the root of the issue. We located multiple access and rest points along the boundary where builders had failed to seal up key areas, allowing rats to come and go freely.
We’ve also advised that a full in-depth drain camera survey is carried out to rule out any redundant lines, collapses, or defects within the drainage system that could also be contributing to the infestation.
A full proofing plan is now in place. This will be a substantial job, but one that will permanently seal the rats out and finally put an end to 18 months of ongoing problems.
