A full site survey was carried out in the Mirfield area where a concern client hadn’t been sleeping due to hearing scratching noises coming from the loft & seeing rats int he front garden.
On arrival multiple ingress points were soon located to the front of the neighbouring property, unfortunately this house has been derelict for many years which causes a problem

We believe the rats have also been using the heavy foliage to the side of the property & thenover hanging trees to gain access.
ℹ️We’ve recommended our client to involve the environmental health officer to establish an owner for the neighbouring property so the ingress points can be proofed, along with the heavy foliage & tress to be removed
ℹ️We’ve placed multiple traps in the kitchen & in the loft space this will be monitored over a 3 weeks period minimum
