After receiving a concerning phone call from an home owner in the Wrenthorpe area ๏ฟผon reports of hearing strange noises coming from the entrance near the front door.
On arrival we noticed that the rat/s had been gnawing the bottom of the skirting board then tunneling up in order to feed of the dogs dry biscuits that was stored in there.
๏ฟผA large ingress point was found to the external of the property where a kitchen outlet pipe wasnโt sealed around when the plumber had fitted it.
Weโve now set up an integrated pest management plan & sealed all ingress points.
