2 initial site surveys conducted at properties in the Ackton area of Wakefield were rats had been nesting behind a large summer house, eating bird feed then using the trees which borders the roof of an conservatory to gain an access to the properties.
Rat droppings, smear marks were found behide the summer house, multiple rat runs were located in the grass along with pull outs going under the summer house & a compost bin.
Whilst surveying the rear gardens fresh rat droppings were found under bushes where the rats had been collecting the bird feed then getting out the way to eat so they wouldnโt be disturbed.
โน๏ธ2 riddance programs were set up in the rest of the gardens to control the infestation
โน๏ธThe trees which the rats were using to gain entry to the properties have now been taken fully down with the foliage cutback
