A full in-depth site survey conducted at a domestic property in the Normanton area to locate how the rats had gained entry to the property.
With our experience & knowledge we knew that these rats werenโt just coming from the fields due to the food source in the property not being taken, on further inspection of the manhole we established that there were two ingress points on the concrete benching where the rats had been coming in & our freely.
On the short clip attached you can see old rat droppings with mould growing off them.
Plan of action for this job is to report the findings to Yorkshire Water as this is there lines get the faults fixed then set up a riddance program in the property in case a rat is trapped in the property.
