This stunning Grade-listed courthouse is currently undergoing some much-needed TLC. We were called in after large piles of pigeon guano and several old carcasses were discovered ā an issue that had clearly built up over many years.
ā ļø Pigeon guano can pose serious health risks, carrying harmful bacteria and even bird mites if left untreated.
Our team carried out a full inspection and submitted a detailed report outlining the next steps ā including a specialist deep clean and the application of biocides to safely eliminate all bacteria, disease, and potential bird mite activity.
