At this domesticated properties garden rat/s have been tunneling under the shed then straight to the foundations of our clients property.
The pull outs with the sand & stones are incredible, theyโve tunnelled down roughly 2/3 foot to gain access to the property.
Our client noticed food going missing from a snacks cupboard in the kitchen which is the opposite side of the house, with our expertise & knowledge an ingress point was found to the side of the property under a shed.
โน๏ธThe shed has now been removed so that the ingress point can be filled in & the contaminated items can be removed
โน๏ธA 3 Part Riddance program has been set up to reduce the rats travelling to the properties rear garden, traps were also set in the kitchen area
