RAT RIDDANCE PROGRAM – HEADINGLEY, LEEDS
This morning we started a rat riddance programme at a property in the Headingley area of Leeds after our client’s tenant unfortunately experienced rat activity within the premises.
We have now implemented tamper-resistant bait stations fitted with traps to help control the rat activity and monitor movement in and out of the area safely.
Once we receive access and the key for the secure gated area, additional rat traps will be installed within the affected section to further reduce activity and target the source of the infestation.
As always, our approach focuses on locating the root cause of the problem rather than simply relying on poison alone.
