A full site survey conducted at a domestic property ๏ฟผover in the Middleton area of Leeds where our clients are hearing noises coming from the loft space.
A large ingress point was found within main chamber of the man hole, this then allowed the rats to climb out of the man hole then tunnel under her foundations of the property.
๐นWeโve not put proofing measures in place to stop the rats exiting the man hole
๐นA riddance program has also been set up to reduce the rats that maybe left in the property
