This morning our technicians attended a domestic property over in the Armley area of Leeds following reports of scratching & movement noises coming from within the cavity walls.
On arrival a full rodent survey was carried out where multiple ingress points were discovered around the property. Rats had been gaining entry underneath the cellar door, tunnelling below the rear door steps & using heavily overgrown self-seeding trees/foliage to access underneath the foundations.
Evidence of rat activity was also discovered within the kitchen area confirming the infestation had become internal.

ℹ️ Structured three-part trapping programme now underway to control the rats
