When our client had there new extension built they didnโt expect the rats to also celebrate their new extension with themโฆโฆ.
Unfortunately, for this family the rats had gained entry via multiple ingress points due to not being filled in by the builder.
On our full in-depth survey we quickly established that the ingress points had been filled in before we arrived & the rat had unfortunately fallen through the ceiling void where it couldnโt get back up, therefore feeding from crumbs in & around the living room where it managed to gnawing parts of the the sofa In order to feed from the crumbs.
Weโve now set up a riddance program to trap this rat which is hiding!
