Such a horrible experience here that we canceled our Verizon phone plans. Absolutely repulsive behavior. My grandmother went in to ask about a phone bill, she brought in her monthly billed statement. The CSR was "Amanda", and she literally yelled at my grandmother for not understanding the bill, which honestly had no line item breakdowns, until she left the store in tears. Yeah, dealing in customer service it tough, but at no point is it ever ok to start raising your voice and harass old ladies out the door. I hope she gets the help she needs, maybe she just hates other woman or can't deal with the elderly
