They took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I left with the best plan and device for my needs. Everything was handled efficiently, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service, honest advice, and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I definitely need alot of help with technology. Jay was patient & excellent with his help. He provides top notch customer service. Not only did he answer my questions but showed me what to do. He explained how I could update my Samsung getting a free one on my trade in. In the end he thanked me for my patience .I responded saying "no, Jay, thank you for yours." Never once did he make me feel self conscious because of my lack of tech knowledge . I will pass this experience to others & do all my Verizon business at the Dublin office

Jason and Brandon were excellent. They helped me learn about my new phone and tablet. They pointed out features that were of interest to me and recover an old email address. Highly recommend!!

The manager, Jay, is absolutely fantastic and provides the highest level of customer service. I have been working with him for many years and it is always a great experience. He is polite, helpful, reliable and professional. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are addressed which is why I traveled over a half an hour when he moved to a different store just so I could work with him. Working with Jay is always a smooth and easy process and I highly recommend him. Ian, a Verizon associate who was in the store during my purchase, was also very polite and friendly.
